About me
I am a fully qualified and accredited Psychotherapist, offering counselling and psychotherapy on a one-to-one basis. Sessions can be held face-to-face, via video call, or by telephone.
I work collaboratively with clients in a safe, reflective, and non-judgemental environment, supporting them to explore their experiences and work towards lasting change.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw on a wide range of therapeutic approaches. At the heart of my practice is the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself provides the foundation for deep self-exploration and positive transformation.
I work with a wide range of issues, including (but not limited to):
Abuse, Addictions, Bereavement and Loss, Bullying, Childhood experiences, Depression and Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Identity and Personal Development, OCD, Relationship Difficulties, Self-esteem, Self-harm, and Trauma.
I am an accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I adhere to both organisations’ Codes of Ethics and Practice, and I undertake regular supervision with a registered professional to ensure the highest standards of ethical and effective practice.
